Organizational Structure of the Pharmacy Department, FKUB
The organizational structure of the Pharmacy Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FKUB), is based on Rector Regulation No. 68 of 2023 and Dean Regulation of FKUB No. 4 of 2023. The structure consists of several key elements:
Main Components
Head of the Department: Dr. apt. Valentina Yurina, S.Si., M.Si.
Leads the department’s implementation of tasks in education, research, and community service.
Secretary of the Department: Dr. Anggita Rosiana Putri, S.Si.
Supports the Head of the Department in managing administrative, operational, and departmental coordination activities.
Quality Assurance Unit (UJM): apt. Ferri Widodo, S.Si., M.Biomed.
Responsible for implementing and overseeing the quality of education within the department.

Study Programs (PSF and PSPPA)
Under Graduate Degree of Pharmacy Program (PSF): Dr. apt. Hananditia Rachma Pramestutie., M.Farm.Klin.
Manages undergraduate pharmacy education, including curriculum and teaching processes.
Pharmacist Profession Education Program (PSPPA): apt. Tamara Gusti Ebtavanny, S.Farm., M.Farm.
Conducts professional education to produce qualified pharmacists.
The main tasks of the study programs include:
Planning and implementing the curriculum,
Evaluating learning outcomes,
Preparing for accreditation, and
Preparing annual reports.
Academic Divisions
Comprising five main divisions that support teaching and research, as follows:
Clinical Pharmacy: apt. Efta Triastuti, S.Si., M.FarmKlin., Ph.D.
Develops studies on the clinical application of drugs to improve the quality of patient therapy.
Community Pharmacy: apt. Tamara Gusti Ebtavanny, S.Farm., M.Farm.
Focuses on community-based pharmacy services to improve public health.
Industrial Pharmacy: apt. Ferri Widodo, S.Si., M.Biomed.
Supports education in pharmaceutical production, quality control, and industrial applications.
Natural Products Pharmacy: apt. Queen Intan Nurrahmah, S.Farm, M.MedSc, Ph.D.
Analyzes natural resources and traditional medicine for modern pharmaceutical applications.
Pharmaceutical Chemistry: apt. Luthfi Ahmad Muschlashi, S.Farm., M.Farm.
Focuses on the design, synthesis, and chemical analysis of drugs.
