Journal Appraisal of Molecular Biology Course, 1st Period
Students of the Department of Pharmacy are required to think critical. In order to enhance the ability of students to do journal appraisal, we conducted the journal appraisal of molecular biology course on 7 and 8 August 2019. There were six research titles that were criticized, including:
- Allogeneic Transplantation of iPS Cell-derived Cardiomyocytes Regenerates Primate Hearts (Shiba et al., 2016)
- Regulation of Cell Cycle to Stimulate Adult Cardiomyocyte Proliferation and Cardiac Regeneration (Muhamed et al., 2018)
- Discovery of a Small Molecule to Increase Cardiomyocytes and Protect the Heart After Ischemic Injury (Hara et al., 2018)
- In vivo Reprogramming of Murine Cardiac Fibroblasts into Induced Cardiomyocytes (Qian et al., 2012)
- Pharmacological Targeting of Kinases MST1 and MST2 Augments Tissue Repair and Regeneration (Fan et al., 2016)
- The extracellular Matrix Protein Agrin Promotes Heart Regeneration in Mice (Bassat et al., 2017)
