Organizational Structure of the Pharmacist Profession Education Program at FKUB

The organizational structure of the Pharmacist Profession Education Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FKUB), is based on FKUB Dean Regulation No. 4 of 2023. This structure includes the following key components:

Roles and Main Responsibilities

  1. Head of the Study Program:
    apt. Tamara Gusti Ebtavanny, S.Farm., M.Farm.

    • Responsible for managing curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as overseeing the processes of learning, research, and community service. The Head of the Study Program also ensures compliance with academic quality standards, accreditation processes, alumni tracking, and other administrative duties.
  2. Education Coordinator:
    apt. Luthfi Ahmad Muchlashi, S.Farm., M.Farm.

    • Assists in coordinating, supervising, and reporting on learning processes, student services, and alumni activities.
  3. Curriculum Team:
    • Head of the Curriculum Team: apt. Efta Triastuti, S.Si., M.Farmklin., Ph.D.
      • Responsible for the development, supervision, and periodic evaluation of the curriculum to meet academic and professional standards.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Team:
    • Head of the M&E Team: Dr. apt. Anisyah Achmad, SpFRS.
      • Responsible for quality assurance through monitoring and evaluating the processes and outcomes of education, research, and community service. The team also supports accreditation processes and internal quality audits.
