The teaching and mentoring process in our study program is supported by integrated online platforms. https://siado.ub.ac.id/ enables faculty members to record and monitor all teaching activities efficiently. Through SIADO, lecturers can access information related to teaching processes, track student attendance, and manage grading and grade input in real-time.
SIADO also facilitates academic mentoring, where lecturers can easily monitor students’ academic records. This ensures that the approval or rejection of Study Plan Cards (KRS) is based on academic performance. Additionally, thesis or final project supervision can be tracked through the platform, providing a streamlined and efficient mentoring process.
For students, https://siam.ub.ac.id/ is used to manage the entire academic process. Students can log class attendance, access course grades, request approval for their Study Plan Cards, and provide updates on their thesis or final project supervision.
In addition to SIADO and SIAM, the teaching process at Universitas Brawijaya is further enhanced by web-based online learning platforms, https://vlm2.ub.ac.id/ and https://brone.ub.ac.id/, which support online learning activities and provide a flexible, accessible learning environment for students.
These platforms ensure that teaching and mentoring activities are carried out efficiently and in a structured manner, fostering high-quality learning outcomes and promoting seamless communication between students and faculty.
