Internal and External Quality Audit

Quality Assurance Center (PJM) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) had applied an quality assurance based of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). To carry out the SPMI, PJM UB has been implementing steps known as “quality assurance system” OSDAT:

  1. To arrange the quality assurance organization (O)
  2. To arrange the system (Policy, document system, etc) (S)
  3. The system then executed (Sosialization) (D)
  4. To do the internal quality audit (AIM) (1 cycle) (A)
  5. Follow up (T)
