Academic Supervising and Counseling Services
Academic advising is done by Academic Advisor (PA). In one semester, students are required to undertake academic advising at least 4 times which are generally done when students determine the study planning, before the midterms, before the final exams and when students obtain the academic transcript. Academic supervising and consultation results are written in the Student Academic Guidance Notes.
Tutoring done is not only on academic issues but can also discuss other issues being experienced by students. However, if students have problems that require non-academic counseling specifically, PA will provide a letter of recommendation to the Faculty so that the student can do counseling with special counseling team (psychologist) who is appointed by faculty.
