Measurement & Analysis Results of Community Satisfaction Index

As an effort to continuously improve the services to public, Pharmaceutical Laboratory Pharmacy Study Program always performs Community Satisfaction Index measurement every year. The method used is in accordance with Minister for the Empowerment of State Apparatus Regulation (Permenpan) and RB No. 38 year 2012 on guidelines for performance assessment of public service units. Community Satisfaction Index measurement category according to Permenpan and RB consists of four criteria, namely

Data collection starts since the beginning of the new academic year until the end of the academic year. At the end of the academic year, the data obtained are analyzed and the analysis results serve as a reference for the improvement of services for the laboratory.

Measurement results Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Pharmaceutical Laboratories PSF FKUB in the academic year 2017/2018 is GOOD  (78.89).
