Satisfaction Index Analysis (IKM)

In order to improve the service, PSF FKUB conducted annual Satisfaction Index Analysis (IKM) by using standard method from Permenpan RAB No. 38/2012 about The Performance Analysis of Public Service Institution.

Data collection was started from beginning of academic year to the end of the year. The collected data was then analyzed and the result from this analysis can be used to evaluate the service quality.

The result of satisfaction index analysis for PSF FKUB in academic year 2015/2016 is good with the value of 66.60.
